OUR HISTORY

Netvalue was founded at the end of 2008 with the aim of becoming the reference supplier in the B2B segment for network services provided in Cloud mode and based on broadband connectivity and then evolving as a virtual mobile operator with the NVMobile brand.

Since 2013 it has created a portfolio of Cloud services that includes infrastructure-type solutions and application platforms for Unified Communication, Collaboration, Messaging, Virtual Call Center, Backup & Disaster Recovery, IoT and Big Data.

Today it also proposes itself as a partner in the development of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, including most of the applications in Industry 4.0.

Netvalue joins the ICT Innovation Pole (Polo di Innovazione ICT), the Piedmont Region cluster focused on Information Technology and Multimedia, which brings technological excellence – SMEs and innovative start-ups, large companies, research institutes – to develop research projects and industrial innovation.

SERVICE CHARTER

Both the service charter, and the proposal to join the service and the commercial offer, responds to the need to set principles and rules in relations between telecommunications operators that provide services to the public and customers. The Netvalue service card has been drawn up in line with the provisions of art. 10 of the D.P.R. 18 September 1997 n. 318, by resolution no. 179/03 / Csp, and in compliance with the directive of the President of the Council of Ministers of 27 January 1994, concerning the principles on the provision of public services, without prejudice to the fact that the relationship with the customer is in any case governed by the contract signed by the same.

The Netvalue Service charter wants to  synthesize not only the rights of its customers but also the commitments that Netvalue assumes towards them.
